Summer School Terms and Conditions

1. All tickets for Summer Schools are sold subject to availability and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions should be read carefully prior to purchase and any queries relating to them should be raised with Digital Health prior to purchase, as purchase of the ticket constitutes agreement of these Terms and Conditions.

2. It is your responsibility to check that your booking is correct. If there are any changes to your details once your booking has been confirmed, then you must inform Digital Health of any changes.

3. Your booking will be confirmed via email by a member of the Digital Health team.

4. Summer Schools is held for a specific audience; we therefore reserve the right to cancel any ticket transaction which we reasonably suspect does not meet our audience specification.

5. Payment for your ticket must be received in full prior to Summer Schools taking place.

6. Any tickets purchased less than 60 days prior to Summer Schools are not eligible for a refund. This includes any which have not yet been paid for in full.

7. Summer Schools tickets are fully refundable if written notice of cancellation is sent to events@digitalhealth.net on or before 60 days prior to Summer Schools taking place.

8. Any tickets that are no longer required but are not eligible for a refund, can be transferred to a colleague at the discretion of Digital Health.

9. Tickets for Summer Schools cannot be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes, unless formal written permission is given by Digital Health.

General T&Cs, please read before purchasing your ticket:
- Tickets are not refundable once purchased after Friday 31 March 2024
- You are able to transfer your ticket as long as the new ticket holder is eligible to attend. Email events@digitalhealth.net

Force Majeure T&C's:
- Digital Health may cancel the agreement without liability to you, by writing to you if we are prevented from, or delayed in carrying out our obligation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to accident or breakdown of machinery, acts of God, compliance with any law or Government order, rule, regulation or direction, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, an act or threatened act of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, non compliance of any subcontractor, strike or industrial action (not involving employees) or failure of any service. Each of these points will be known as a Force Majeure. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not be liable for the occurrence of a Force Majeure event during the event.

- If our event is unable to go ahead as a result of government guidelines relating to a pandemic, our team will work with the venue to source an alternative date, if this is not possible we will cancel the event and any payments made will be refunded.
