The Shuri Network and Health Innovation West Midlands have come together for this Networking workshop. This workshop aims to provide a mix of presentations, discussions, and interactive activities to cater to the diverse experience levels of Women in Digital Leadership, with a focus on Women in the Digital Health Sector. It also focuses on creating tangible outcomes by having participants actively contribute to the formation of a community of practice. This event provides an opportunity to discuss how to empower women in the digital age. This event will provide a supportive platform for women to access content and share stories and experiences.

10:10 am - 10:30 am: Icebreaker - Get to Know Your Peers
- Facilitated icebreaker activity to encourage networking and understanding the diverse backgrounds of participants.
10:30 am - 10:50 am: Introduction to Digital Leadership with an Intersectional Lens
- Brief presentation on the importance of diversity and intersectionality in digital leadership.
- Key insights into challenges faced and opportunities for women in the field.
10:50 am - 11:30 am: Panel Discussion – Real Stories from Women Leaders / WM Bursary Holders
- Engaging panel discussion featuring successful women leaders in the digital space.
- Q&A session for participants to interact with the panellists.

11:45 pm - 12:30 pm: Group Activity - Identifying Challenges and Opportunities
- Participants form small groups to discuss challenges they've faced or observed in digital leadership.
- Each group identifies potential solutions and opportunities.

- Participants have lunch and continue networking, building connections with peers.
1:15 pm - 1.45 pm: Workshop - Building a Community of Practice
- Presentation on the concept of communities of practice.
- Guided discussion on potential topics and themes for a community of practice for women in digital leadership.
1.45 pm - 2:00 pm: Group Activity - Community Topic Brainstorming - Presentations
- Small groups brainstorm and prioritise topics for the community of practice.
- Each group presents their top suggestions.
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Feedback Session and Closing Remarks - Upcoming events
